A dynamic QR code redirects through our server, which means you can change the destination URL any time without reprinting — and we track every scan. A static QR code encodes the URL directly and cannot be changed after creation.
Yes. Upload a PNG or JPG logo and it will be centred in the QR code automatically. We recommend using High error correction (H) when adding a logo to ensure the code still scans reliably.
For dynamic QR codes, we record the device type, browser, operating system, and scan time. IP addresses are hashed (one-way encrypted) before storage — we never store or sell raw IP data. This keeps you GDPR compliant by default.
