vCard QR Code Generator

Put your contact details behind a QR code. One scan saves you to their phone — no typing, no lost cards.

A vCard QR code stores your contact details — name, phone, email, company, website and address — inside the pattern itself. Scanning it opens a prefilled "add contact" screen on the phone. Because nothing is fetched from the internet, it works with no signal, which is why it suits business cards and conference badges.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between vCard and a link?
A vCard code stores the details in the pattern, so it works offline but produces a denser code that needs printing larger. A link code stays small and can be edited later, but needs a connection. For a card you reprint anyway, vCard is usually the better choice.
Why does my vCard code look so busy?
Every character adds modules. A full vCard with address and website encodes several hundred characters, which is why the pattern is dense. Trim fields you do not need, or print the code larger.
Can I edit a vCard code after printing?
No — the details are inside the pattern. If your details change often, use a dynamic URL code pointing at a contact page instead.
What size should it be on a business card?
At least 2cm square. That is the floor for a code read at arm's length, and business cards are read closer than anything else.
